This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a double height living room and generous outdoor decks is located on 8 acres along the Durham Scenic Byway with stunning views of Windham High Peak.


Only 10 minutes from Windham Mountain Club and 20 minutes from Hunter Mountain , the location is perfect for a ski weekend or a getaway any time of year! 


There are fun things nearby to do in all four seasons including hiking, fishing, antique shopping, zip line, mountain biking and enjoying the colors of the Fall. 


The Catskills only water park, Zoom Flume, is 5 minutes away and historic Howe Caverns  is right down the road on Route 145 in Cobleskill NY.

     The basement provides a second living area and has a fold out couch, two twin beds and a full-size bed creating a “bunk room” atmosphere for additional sleeping capacity above the 6 guests who can sleep on the first and second floors.

    Windham has great restaurants including The MIllrock , Lilly's Steakhouse , Babbler's, Windham Diner, The Chicken Run , The Windham Local which has live music at night and The Catskill Mountain Country Store  where you can have the best breakfast or lunch in town, visit the barnyard animals and shop for local treasures to remember your trip to the mountains.
